  • Rock Hill faced significant damage after a severe hailstorm hit on January 7. Baseball-sized hailstones and 90 mph winds caused power outages and property damage—local emergency crews quickly began recovery efforts as residents were urged to exercise caution in affected areas.  Here Rock Hill

  • In 2025, the Rock Hill region saw a 37% rise in million-dollar property deals that spurred nearly $390 million in sales, including premium lakefront homes + commercial investments in York and Lancaster counties.
