- ➤ On Tuesday at 7 a.m. on West Franklin Street, Monroe police stopped a speeding driver and found evidence linking Stefan Huewe of Fort Mill, owner of All PRO Fleet and Auto Services in Albemarle, to stolen vehicles valued at over $1 million — a search warrant at his business uncovered seven vehicles and led to charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, using a fictitious registration plate, speeding and felony chop shop activity.
