- ➤ On Monday, June 9, the Rock Hill City Council met and recognized local police cadets, athlete Khamoni Rockeymore-Crews, and a long-serving finance team member—while discussing appointments and reviewing key agenda items. The council approved the York Highway annexation, a zoning change for Park Pointe Village, the Baxter Mill site recertification, property disposition by sale, and a Community Development Block Grant plan with final allocations, and also announced utility bill credit winners.
