- ➤ A Rock Hill man won $180,000 when he used the quick pick option on a Palmetto Cash 5 lottery ticket drawn on April 3 — his winning numbers were 17, 33, 35, 37, and 38 and he purchased the ticket at Arch Mart on Arch Drive. - ➤ A 25-year-old woman from South Carolina was arrested on June 13 for a hit-and-run that killed 31-year-old bicyclist Anthony Raheem Parker on June 8 at about 5:45 a.m. on Highway 55 near Paraham Road in Clover—she turned herself in and now faces felony charges as the community mourns Parker, who left behind a young daughter.
