- ➤ On July 2nd, residents filled Rock Hill City Hall to protest Silfab Solar's wastewater pretreatment permit over potential hazardous pollutant risks such as chromium, lead and mercury. City officials said the hearing was meant only to gather feedback on permit compliance — they will review the comments before making a decision. WRHI
