Good morning, Rock Hill.

South Carolina confirmed its first measles case of 2025 in the Upstate in an unvaccinated person who is isolating at home after likely contracting the virus abroad—health officials urge residents to get vaccinated to curb further spread.

During the July basketball evaluation period in Rock Hill, Purdue recruit Luke Ertel averaged 19.8 points at the adidas 3SSB Palmetto Road event while his performance helped his team nearly clinch the title, and Jacob Webber impressed scouts with strong scoring that has drawn major program interest. Purdue coaches will follow up with scholarship discussions soon as they continue to recruit talented players for future seasons.
