Fayat Group and Cohn Construction broke ground on their $13.7 million, 100,000 square-foot distribution center in Ridgeway on August 11 to meet the growing industrial demand in the Midlands.

Today, the Medical University of South Carolina launched two venture funds—$20 million for emerging healthcare startups and $10 million for high-impact innovators—to bridge the funding gap from research to market.
