- ➤ Walter Duncan (59) from Clover was charged with felony DUI with death after a four vehicle crash on Tuesday night on Highway 557 at Bethel Church Road in York County; a Chevrolet sedan was hit from behind by an SUV attempting a left turn, which resulted in one death and one hospitalization.
