  • On July 27 at 3:32 a.m. in Fort Mill, investigators found that Kendale Richardson Williams died after he used a stun gun and tried to strangle his ride service driver at Motel 6 on Carowinds Boulevard, and authorities determined the driver acted in self-defense—so no charges will be filed.  WRHI
