- ➤ Rock Hill Schools launched a dual enrollment program today in partnership with York Technical College + South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance that lets 20 high school students earn both a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree while saving up to $30,000 in tuition fees.
