Target got a $20.8M permit to build a new 144,791-sqft store at 5319 Old York Road in the Newport Commons development.
The store, part of a 97-acre mixed-use project between Old York and Adnah Church roads, will become the anchor tenant in the coming months.

Federal inspectors awarded five stars to several Charlotte-area nursing homes for their performance on health, fire safety inspections, staffing, complaints, and infection control (including Rock Hill Post Acute Care Center).
