The Catawba Cultural Center in Rock Hill received nearly $1 million in grants from casino revenue to preserve Catawba traditions and strengthen its operations + some staff worked without pay during tough periods.

The center will host the Yap Ye Iswa Festival on November 22 to share the tribe's heritage with the community.
