- ➤ Major Andrew Wiley from the Salvation Army of Greater Charlotte visited Rising this morning to share details about the Angel Tree program that will help local families during the holiday season + he said that donations will support those in need. Local companies including Queen City Homestore, Subaru Concord, Subaru South, The Downer Law Firm and Jiffy Lube have joined as partners + community members are encouraged to learn more about the effort. - ➤ Fort Mill School District earned excellent ratings on the SC School Report Cards released Monday, with all three high schools, all six middle schools and most elementary schools rated as excellent, and its high schools showing top passing rates on End of Course exams – its on-time graduation rate was 95.9% and the highest among traditional high schools.
