New owners of the Rock Hill vendor mall are reimagining the space as a vibrant community hub that will include a café serving local coffee, art, and unique retail finds—designed to attract residents and visitors.

The mall, located at I-77 and Dave Lyle Boulevard, will host events and workshops—supporting local artisans and strengthening neighborhood ties.

The Mercantile, a modern general store and coffee shop in the historic Coca-Cola Factory on White Street, was named Best Boutique Shop on November 24—recognized for its curated clothing, gifts, specialty groceries and café wine bar.

The 10,000-square-foot store also supports local artisans with workshops and events that make it a community hub.

Doctors are urging residents to get a flu shot as cases begin to rise before the holidays; Dr. Melissa Fenner from Piedmont Medical Center said the virus is starting to spread and that even a late vaccine can lessen the illness—experts warn more cases are expected as family gatherings take place.
