Rock Hill residents are watching as a nationwide poll shows nearly 40% of adults now view health care costs as a top priority, up from one-third last year.

Rising expenses, Medicaid funding cuts and the end of ACA subsidies are fueling calls for local wellness and economic stability + innovative solutions in 2026.

Today in Rock Hill, clear skies bring cool temperatures starting at 39°F and rising to a cozy 54°F, with nearly nine hours of daylight, while Bluebelle Farms hosts Dreaming of a White Christmas at 2:00 p.m. featuring gingerbread cookie decorating and a living nativity.
